Your $3,750 registration fee includes:
Video & Photo coverage of your entire upland hunt for hunters and up to 4 bird dogs
Double-page spread & story in the book
2-3 minute feature film sharing your bird dogs legacy
$1,000 credit to purchase artwork
$500 will be donated to the Central VA Chapter of Quail Forever
Upland Hunt Portrait Session
Your $1,350 registration fee includes:
Photo coverage of the entire upland hunt for hunters and up to 4 bird dogs
Double-page spread & story in the book
$1,000 credit to purchase artwork
$300 will be donated to the Central VA Chapter of Quail Forever
Petite Portrait Session
Your $350 registration fee includes:
20-minute portrait session for 1 bird dog
Double-page spread & story in the book
$250 credit to purchase artwork
$100 will be donated to the Central VA Chapter of Quail Forever
— How it works —
Step 1: Register & Plan
Join the project by filling out the form below and paying your registration fee.
Then we’ll get together to learn more about your dog and plan all the details of your session, including what photos are most important to you and how you’ll display them.
Step 2: Point & Flush that Covey
I’ll join you in the field to document your bird-dog. Whether flushers or pointers, I’ve got you covered.
And as a hunter myself, you can be confident I’ll be there to get the shot AND stay out of the way - so you can get yours, too.
Step 3: Celebrate!
We’ll get together to choose your favorite portraits and finalize how you’d like to display them around your home.
Pretty soon you’ll be enjoying your beautiful ready-to-display lasting artwork of your faithful friend.

The mission of the Central Virginia Chapter of Quail Forever is to create and improve habitat locally on public and private lands, to provide education and advocacy about wildlife habitat and conservation, and to provide outreach and mentorship to get youth and adults into the outdoors.
Through Quail Forever's unique chapter model, chapters determine how 100% of their funds are directed. Therefore, funds raised for the Central Virginia Chapter of Quail Forever from this project will make a direct impact on habitat and conservation efforts right here in our community!

— The Details —
Participants are responsible for purchasing their own hunt/birds for any session on a preserve. Public land hunts are available also.
The focus of the Petite Session will be on your one dog only. If you’d like to include more than one dog and/or be in the portraits too, please upgrade to either Upland Hunt Session,
While no purchase is necessary, your registration retainer does not include artwork, digital images, or a copy of The Upland Dog book, unless otherwise specified.
Artwork Pricing: Fine Art Prints from $250, Wall Art from $990, Albums from $2,990, Painterly Framed Canvases from $4,500
The Upland Dog book is professionally and lovingly designed and printed in the United States. It is scheduled to be released in mid-2024. Participants will have the option of pre-ordering the book at a discounted rate.
